Nursery Claim
To submit a claim contact the crop insurance department by telephone, fax, e-mail or in person. Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Indemnity Claims for Loss or Damage
Contact us as soon as you become aware of a potential loss. According to the Common Crop Insurance Policy, you must submit a claim for indemnity not later than 60 days after the end of the insurance period. In most circumstances it is important that you do not delay in submitting the claim. Do not destroy any of the insured crop until you receive consent from the insurance company. (See Section 11 "Duties in the Event of Damage or Loss" in your Nursery Crop Provisions for more information.)
Turn in all loss no matter how small because they all apply to the deductible. For example:
